1.Service Specifics:

• Website Design:
  • We will provide website design services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal. Client acknowledges that final website appearance may vary slightly due to browser compatibility and technical limitations.
  • Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and logos, in a timely manner. Delays in providing content may affect project timelines.
  • To ensure the ongoing stability and security of your website, we may retain administrative access credentials. This allows us to provide prompt technical support, perform necessary updates, and prevent unintended disruptions. We prioritize the security of these credentials and adhere to strict confidentiality practices.
  • While we typically maintain administrative access for website stability and security, we understand some clients prefer full control. In such cases, we can provide complete access upon signing a Client Responsibility Agreement, which outlines the client’s assumption of liability for any website disruptions.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • We will employ industry-standard SEO techniques to improve website visibility. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as SEO results are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control.
  • Client acknowledges that SEO requires ongoing effort and that results may take time.
• Email Hosting:
  • We will provide email hosting services with specified storage and bandwidth limits. Client is responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting their email accounts.
  • We are not responsible for lost or deleted emails due to client negligence or third-party actions.
  • We will take reasonable measures to ensure email server uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Domain Registration:
  • We will facilitate domain name registration on behalf of the client. Domain registration is subject to availability and the terms of the relevant domain registrar.
  • The client is responsible for the timely payment of the annual domain name renewal fee to maintain ownership and active status of their domain.

2. General Terms:

• Payment:
  • Payment terms, including deposits and payment schedules, will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice provided by the sales department.
• Client Responsibilities:
  • Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals.  
• Termination:
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under specified conditions.
  • Upon termination, client will be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
• Intellectual Property:
  • Client retains ownership of content they provide. We retain ownership of our proprietary code and designs until full payment is made.
  • We reserve the right to display completed website designs in our portfolio.
• Confidentiality:
  • We will maintain the confidentiality of client information.
• Changes to Terms:
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
